The fastest way
Email privacy@sahajastro.in from any address. We reply asking you to confirm. Send CONFIRM DELETE and your profile and birth details are erased immediately.
Two steps because deletion cannot be undone — a single mistyped word should not cost you your chart.
What gets deleted

What we have to keep, and why
If you ever paid us, Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain the payment record — amount, date and invoice number. That record does not contain your birth details. We cannot delete it on request, and nobody can; it is a legal obligation, not a choice.
What we will ask you
Email privacy@sahajastro.in from any address, telling us which details to delete. We may ask you to confirm from that number, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account. We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30, as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires.
Pausing instead
If you only want the daily messages to stop, send STOP rather than DELETE. That pauses the messages and keeps your chart, so START resumes without you re-entering your birth details.
After deletion
Your chart is gone and we cannot recover it. Starting again means giving your birth date, time and place once more. Nothing carries over, including any remaining free-trial days.
